Introducing Land and Lore: Farm to Fork Feasts at Common Knowledge

We’re launching Land and Lore on Friday 27th June in County Clare - a seasonal celebration of land, food, and the people who produce it

Join us for the first Land and Lore dinner in County Clare: a three-course dining experience rooted in seasonal cooking, regenerative agriculture, and the rich cultural traditions of the west of Ireland.

This new series of immersive farm-to-fork dinners puts local farmers and food producers at the centre - celebrating the people, places, and practices that nourish our communities and land.

Hosted in collaboration with acclaimed chef Ashley Gribben, this inaugural event will showcase ingredients sourced directly from:

  • Cratloe Hills Sheep’s Cheese – award-winning cheesemakers working with native breeds on family-run pasturelands

  • Lúnasa Farm – a regenerative market garden growing vibrant, chemical-free produce by hand

  • Anam Coffee – a small-batch local roastery sourcing ethically and roasting with care in the Burren

Each dish will honour the early summer harvest and reflect the integrity of these ingredients, grown and crafted with deep respect for land and people.

Guests will also enjoy live traditional music and the rare opportunity to hear directly from the featured producers. Through conversation and storytelling, they’ll share the seasonal rhythms of their work, the biodiversity they protect, and the cultural knowledge embedded in how we grow, prepare, and eat food.

We believe good food should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we’re offering three pricing tiers:

  • a reduced-rate ticket for those who need it

  • a standard ticket

  • a pay-it-forward ticket that helps cover a place for someone else

Spaces are limited - come gather with us to share a meal, meet the makers, and celebrate what it means to eat with the seasons and in connection with place

The Land and Lore series of events are supported by the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine through the Agri-Food Tourism Grant, helping make food experiences like this more accessible, inclusive, and community-rooted.
