We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to the new home of our non-profit social enterprise, a former ecological retreat situated on 50 acres in the beautiful Burren.
We have three accommodation offerings at The Common Knowledge Centre:
The Courtyard - A more contemporary, comfortable and peaceful environment for your stay, with access to the Common Room in our Lodge.
The Lodge - A more simple and budget friendly option that includes private and dorm rooms in our main lodge.
Camping - Space in our Orchard Campsite or parking for your camper van, along with full use of our Camp Kitchen, bathrooms and shower facilities.
A simple breakfast of granola, yogurt, toast, tea and coffee is available daily for all styles of accommodation
Check in - Check in is available from 3pm to 8pm through reception. If you plan to arrive after 8pm please let us know in advance and we will send you a video of how to reach your room

Immerse yourself the landscape of the Burren with of over 50 acres to explore, a variety of rooms to suit your needs and a sense of tranquility that hard to beat. As a live renovation project, we are working to improve the site as rapidly and sustainably as we can and are committed to providing you with a comfortable and restorative stay. By staying with us, you will be supporting our ongoing renovation efforts whilst joining us in a period of discovery, during which we expect to have lots of learning about what does and doesn't work for our guests. We ask that you take this into consideration in your expectations and by passing us constructive feedback. More photos of rooms will be posted as we have them available.

There are several styles of accommodation at our Centre, providing options in terms of personal space, comfort and budget. We work to make our shared rooms safe and inclusive spaces for all, including trans and non-binary residents. Our mixed rooms are suitable for all genders and our women's room is for any women or non-binary people who feel more comfortable in a women's space. Discrimination is not tolerated within Common Knowledge courses or accommodation and we will take any complaints of discrimination, exclusion, or harassment seriously.
