Foraging and Food Making

One Day Workshop

Join us at the Common Knowledge Centre for a day of nourishment from the abundant wild foods and herbs the land has to offer.

Finding uses for common wild herbs and plants, by foraging sustainably and responsibly, can help us to find resilience and independence in food security.

On this one day course, we will explore some wild foods and medicinal herbs, whilst learning how to forage in a responsible and sustainable way. We will then look at ideas on how to use wild herbs and flowers in cooking, fermenting, health and self-care.
